Various factors affecting the quality of woodworking engraving machine

Many customers who have just started using woodworking engraving machines are not sure how to improve the quality of woodworking engraving machines. Here are the influencing factors of the woodworking engraving machine itself and the factors affecting the environment.
The low quality of woodworking engraving machines is usually reflected in two aspects: the dimensional accuracy is not high and the surface roughness does not meet the requirements. The factors that affect these two aspects are:
(1) Process system stiffness. Includes the stiffness of machine tools, fixtures, tools and workpieces.
(2) Processing technology. Whether the cutting amount setting in the Centennial City is correct, the path is correct, and the speed parameter is set correctly.
(3) Engraving machine tool selection and tool quality. Whether the tool type is suitable for the machining of the current workpiece and whether the tool is heavily worn.
The environmental factors surrounding the engraving machine mainly include power supply (whether the voltage is stable), ambient temperature and humidity, vibration, dust, lightning and so on.
1. The influence of the power supply on the engraving machine processing is the most direct, mainly manifested as the control system disorder. Each electronic device and each functional component of the control system has a certain voltage and frequency range. The overload operation of any component will inevitably lead to instability of the whole system. If machining misalignment occurs, first remove the power supply voltage from stability.
2. The main influence of ambient temperature and humidity on the performance of the control system and the performance of the drive motor. When the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees, the control system may have erroneous control, and the driving torque of the drive motor may not reach the rated value.
3. The effect of vibration: mainly reflected in the frequent knives and the surface is not smooth. The common reason is that the machine tool is touched during the machining process, the level of machine tool installation is unqualified, and there is a punch around.
4. Influence of dust: affects the heat dissipation of electronic components and the sensitivity of photosensitive elements. Common phenomena include malfunction of the optical inspection, the CPU fan of the computer does not turn, and so on. Especially for woodworking engraving machines, the impact of dust is inevitable, so be sure to pay attention.
