Denim clothing laser engraving and cutting


Denim clothes are generally made of bluish-blue water-grinding fabrics such as labor cloth and beef tendon cloth. They are also made of other fabrics such as suede, corduroy, velveteen, etc., collectively referred to as "jeans".

Denim styles vary and styles vary. Laser engraving of denim is generated by a laser and then transmitted by a mirror and irradiated onto the fabric through a focusing mirror. The fabric (surface) is subjected to strong thermal energy and the temperature is sharply increased, so that the point is rapidly melted or vaporized due to high temperature, and the laser is matched. The trajectory of the head thus achieves the purpose of engraving.

Denim laser engraving has been widely used in shoe-making plaque engraving very early. The principle is to scan the engraving file, computer recognition, and laser dot matrix etching. The effect of laser shadow carving is very much related to the engraving machine. Under the high-end machine engraving, you can see the coherent dot matrix arrangement.

The laser-cut jeans suit uses a focusing mirror to focus the CO2 laser beam on the surface of the cloth to melt the material, while blowing the melted material with a compressed gas coaxial with the laser beam, and moving the laser beam and the material relative to each other along a certain trajectory. Thereby forming a slit of a certain shape.

The advantage of laser-cut denim is to replace the traditional mechanical knife with invisible beam. It has high precision, is not limited to cutting pattern limitation, saves materials by automatic typesetting, and has low processing cost. It will gradually improve or replace traditional cutting process equipment.

The mechanical part of the laser cutter head has no contact with the workpiece, and does not cause scratch on the surface of the workpiece during operation; the laser cutting speed is fast, the slit is smooth and flat, generally no subsequent processing is required; the cutting heat affected zone is small, the sheet deformation is small, and the slit is narrow; The cutting has no mechanical stress and no shear burr; the machining precision is high, the repeatability is good, and the surface of the material is not damaged; CNC programming can process any plan.
